New Nordic walking session starts this Thursday 10th May, 7pm. Meeting point West Kirby Residential School.

Monday night Boot Camp will be held outdoors at the earlier time of 7pm (from 16th April) Meet outside Birkenhead Park Cricket Club.

Kick start to running is back!!

This is a 6 week course starting on Sunday 29th April. Meeting point will be the Visitor's Centre in Birkenhead Park. 9.30am till 10.15am.

If you can already run 5k and would like to build up to a 10k come along on Sunday and our experience running leader will guide you on how to achieve your goals.

This is not just a run around the park, included will be core conditioning and flexibility exercises

Price £45 (Free Sunday morning Boot Camp at 10.30am included in the price)
