PILATES
My Pilates mixes Pilates exercises with a modern stretch and gentle body conditioning techniques, to lengthen, strengthen and tone muscles. Class is easy to follow and is designed to tone abdominals, strengthen back, enhance posture, control balance and improve flexibility. There is a happy mix of standing and floor work exercises. Suitable for all abilities and levels.
NORDIC WALKING
Nordic Walking started as a summer training exercise for cross country skiers and now fitness walkers all over Europe have adopted Nordic Walking as a time efficient, low stress total body workout. Nordic Walking is a fun and social outdoor activity, with your friends, and being outdoors in the fresh air will give you a great sense of general wellbeing, boost energy levels and will leave you feeling invigorated!
ZUMBA
Ditch the workout, join the party!
The principle behind Zumba is incredibly simple: get fit, have fun. That’s it. There are no complicated moves to learn and you don’t need the co-ordination of a standard aerobics class – or the partner you’d require for a traditional salsa class. Best of all, the music is so infectious that you barely even notice you’re exercising. It is easy to follow so people don’t have to think too much about what they’re doing and can just get into it. The music makes you want to dance, Its like a party.A standard one-hour class uses four basic rhythms based on simplified versions of salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton (mixed up with a bit of mambo, flamenco, rumba and calypso). It’s a cardio-based workout which also helps tone and sculpt the body,It’s a great way to lose weight, increase strength and co-ordination, and to foster self-esteem and pure happiness. That is why so many people love it and get addicted to it.....Don't resist it just join the party!!
OUTDOOR WORKOUTS FOR WOMEN
Our 60 minute fun, female, friendly group workouts are designed to help you get into shape the fun way. No more gym posers or waiting for equipment, just highly effective exercises that focus on all those female bits you want to reduce and tone. They will also improve cardiovascular fitness but are NOT the military style boot camp workout.The outdoor workouts are for all ages and fitness levels, you decide how hard you want to work. The workouts are fun, invigorating, energising and inspiring.
BOOTCAMPS
Bootcamp workouts are specifically designed to maximise inch loss, weight loss and improve fitness levels, but they also packed with laughter and camaraderie
FITBALL
A really fun and innovative class using stability balls. This session is effective for fat burning and body conditioning. The balls are designed to challenge balance and core stability. Flattens and firms your stomach, strengthens and supports your back, improves flexibility and posture.(usually do this session as a special, keep a look out for next event)
LADY RUNNER
Running club is aimed at beginners with little or no running experience. At each session, there will be endurance, interval training, cardio moves and loads of laughs - all the fun things to get your heart rate increasing, while building up cardio fitness and really giving you a great workout.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Whether you're pregnant, just had a baby, not exercised for years, want to run a marathon or want to get to grips with a home workout, having a trainer is one of the best ways for you to get the results you want.
