I know lots of you have been asking me to do a daytime Pilates session so I have sorted it out for the new year. New class will start on Wednesday 4th January 10am at St Bede's, Claughton Village. Other new classes announced soon. xx |

Don't forget there is no Zumba or Pilates on Tuesday 7th Dec as Westbourne hall has been pre booked. Never mind we are back next week. Wednesday is Christmas Zumba night, usual time 6.45pm at Birkenhead Park Cricket Club. Christmas fancy dress or just a bit of tinsel, your call. Christmas tunes, prizes!! All welcome. |

Don't forget..... Westbourne hall is not available this Tuesday (12th) but we are still meeting at the hall at 6pm. Weather is fab so we will workout in the fresh air. People have voted for Nordic Walking so come and give it a go. x |
